Drinking juice is an incredible way to consume a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that your body is craving but you might not be consuming through the food you eat! Our bodies THRIVE when they are given the best ingredients to help them perform!  
 
Your package includes: 
3-12oz seasonally availble juices.  These juices will leave you feeling nourished, hydrated and deeply satisifed.  I choose from fresh organic produce to create these beautiful, fun and easy to drink beverages!
3-4oz powerful wellness shots! These little powerhouses will leave you energized, excited and feeling ready for the next adventure!
It is truly my pleasure to put pure health and healing directly into your hands!  All you have to do is drink it!  Sip back, relax and enjoy next level healthy living!

Mindful Mocktail Bar:
Enjoy a healthy happy hour on the first night of your retreat! This will take place from 4:45-5:45 in the dining hall. 
Mindful Mocktail Menu:
Superfood Hot Cocoa-
Delicious hot cocoa with an added adaptogen blend that contains these calming herbs: ashwaganda, reishi mushrooms, coconut milk powder, and raw cacao.
Wine Down-
Tart cherry juice mixed with sparkling water and the Wine Down Adaptogen blend that contains these herbs: elderberry, blue vervain, hawthorn berry, Ceylon cinnamon. 
Golden Glow-
Fresh juiced pineapple, orange and Hawaiian turmeric, mixed with ginger beer, garnished with an orange wedge.
